Terms and Conditions (T&C) for Innsbruck Airport Taxi Transfer Tirol
Scope and Conclusion of Contract
The services provided by Innsbruck Airport Taxi Transfer Tirol are governed by the following Terms and Conditions (T&C), performance descriptions, and price lists. Deviations from these conditions will not apply, even if Innsbruck Airport Taxi Transfer Tirol does not explicitly object to them. Deviations from these conditions require the express written confirmation from Innsbruck Airport Taxi Transfer Tirol. A contract will only be considered valid upon confirmation by Innsbruck Airport Taxi Transfer Tirol.
Scope of Services
The scope of services is exclusively determined by the written order confirmation from Innsbruck Airport Taxi Transfer Tirol or by a subsidiary based on a written offer from Innsbruck Airport Taxi Transfer Tirol. Information in brochures, performance catalogs, price lists, and similar documents is only binding if explicitly referred to. Transportation is carried out in accordance with the provisions of road traffic regulations and the Passenger Transport Act (PbefG). Passengers are obliged to follow instructions from Innsbruck Airport Taxi Transfer Tirol or the chauffeur. In case of non-compliance or endangerment of traffic safety, Innsbruck Airport Taxi Transfer Tirol has the right to exclude passengers from the transport. In such cases, the full fare, fixed price or kilometer price, and all additional services will be charged.
Airport Pick-up (Airport Transfer)
Changes to the agreed pick-up time must be promptly communicated to Innsbruck Airport Taxi Transfer Tirol, regardless of the reason for the change. Damages resulting from delayed notification will be borne by the customer.
Prices
Prices include the statutory value-added tax. The binding prices are those on the day of booking confirmation. Prices not listed must be agreed upon in writing and are only valid for the agreed travel date and rental period. Additional times and distances will be calculated according to the applicable price list. Additional costs due to delays are the responsibility of the customer, unless the delays are caused by Innsbruck Airport Taxi Transfer Tirol or the chauffeur. The transportation of normal luggage is included in the price; the transportation of bulky goods requires a separate agreement.
Payment Terms
Innsbruck Airport Taxi Transfer Tirol may request a deposit of up to 100% of the total price before the journey or demand the presentation of an empty credit card for a valid credit card prior to accepting an order. Remaining payments are due within the deadlines specified in the invoice. Payments will be applied towards the settlement of the oldest outstanding claim. In case of payment default, Innsbruck Airport Taxi Transfer Tirol will charge interest at a rate of 5 percentage points above the base interest rate.
Cancellation
Cancellations are effective if made in writing or confirmed in writing by Innsbruck Airport Taxi Transfer Tirol. Cancellations without charges are possible up to 24 hours before the start of the journey. Innsbruck Airport Taxi Transfer Tirol will charge a share of the base price as compensation:
50% up to 24 hours before the contractually agreed performance date 100% for later cancellations or no-shows.
Disclaimer of Liability
Innsbruck Airport Taxi Transfer Tirol assumes no liability for time losses and economic consequences, such as delays due to traffic jams, vehicle breakdowns, or weather conditions. Innsbruck Airport Taxi Transfer Tirol is not liable for damages caused by incorrect data transmission by the customer.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
For all legal relationships between Innsbruck Airport Taxi Transfer Tirol and its customers, Austrian law exclusively applies. The place of jurisdiction and performance is Innsbruck.
Partial Invalidity
Should individual provisions of these T&C be invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
Customer Responsibilities and Liability
The customer is obliged to promptly inform Innsbruck Airport Taxi Transfer Tirol of any changes to their name, billing address, legal form, and bank details. Likewise, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide the necessary information regarding passengers, time, and location of the service. Should the customer fail to notify promptly, they shall be liable for damages that could have been avoided through timely communication. The customer also undertakes, on behalf of the passengers, not to misuse the service of Innsbruck Airport Taxi Transfer Tirol. This includes, in particular:
Avoiding impairment or disruption of the service
Not causing any damage
Not violating criminal laws
Not smoking in the vehicle
Not refusing to accept the fare.
In case of violations of these mentioned obligations, Innsbruck Airport Taxi Transfer Tirol is entitled to take all necessary measures to terminate the misuse. In case of culpable infringement, the customer shall be liable for claims for damages against Innsbruck Airport Taxi Transfer Tirol.
Liability
Innsbruck Airport Taxi Transfer Tirol assumes no liability for time losses and their economic consequences. This includes delays caused by:
Traffic jams or road closures
Vehicle breakdowns or traffic accidents
Bad weather, etc.
Innsbruck Airport Taxi Transfer Tirol is not liable for damages incurred by the customer or passengers due to incorrect data transmission by the customer.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
For all legal relationships between Innsbruck Airport Taxi Transfer Tirol and the customer, Austrian law exclusively applies. The place of jurisdiction and performance is Innsbruck.
Partial Invalidity
If one or more of the above conditions should be ineffective, the remaining conditions remain unaffected
